Physical Products
Order Cancellation
All photographic prints and wall art is made to order.
You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of your order being placed, but if the product has already entered production, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
Due to physical prints and wall art being made to order, all sales are final. Richard J Snow Photography, LLC does not accept returns or replacements on any physical products purchased from my online store.
Damaged Products (Must be checked upon arrival)
If, upon arrival and inspection, your order is damaged, please contact me directly to arrange a replacement. Photos of the damaged item, along with photos of the packaging will be requested to receive a replacement product.
Photography Services Cancellation
Portrait Sessions
For Portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer of $100 which acts as a cancellation fee. This fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
Theater and Event Photography
For Theater and Event Photography, if for any reason the Client cancels before the event date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the event date as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the contracted parties, in person or sent via Certified Mail by the United States Post Office.
However, if the client requires to change the event date, I will do my best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged if the new date is available and within five months of the original event date.
Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
